Skylights with solar control glass louvres for the Pavilion of the school in Lisbon

The information technology school located in Lisbon, Portugal, asked Kingspan Light + Air to realise two lean-to roofs, the underlying steel construction and the moveable solar control glass louvres situated overhead.

The moveable glass louvres with solar control foil are operated depending on the sun‘s position. This ensures optimal sun protection and transparency.

The glazed facades with a height of about 1 metre, consisting of the BA-4 system, were also in the Kingspan Light + Air remit. Aesthetic Estra glass louvres have been integrated for the ventilation.
