Roof access hatch with gas pressure springs for Plus skylight dome

Standardised opening width of 1,100 mm

The Roof access hatch is equipped with two gas pressure springs with an option for additional 24V LM chain motor for opening the roof hatch and to hold the skylight dome in open position. The standardised opening width of 1,100 mm ensures convenient entry and exit through all nominal sizes.

Application: accessible flat roofs, roof terraces, roof access for maintenance, new buildings and renovations.
